MOSCOW, 25 April 2006 – OJSC “SUN Interbrew”, Russian subsidiary of the world largest brewer InBev, is planning three ruble bond issuances for the total amount of 11 billion rubles.

The Russian Federal Commission for the Securities Market registered the report on the results of the First Bond Issue Placement of SUN Interbrew Finance on October 7, 2003. Trading in the bonds in the over-the-counter secondary market will start shortly.

August 19, 2003 - SUN Interbrew Limited plans to issue its first Russian Ruble bonds in the third quarter of 2003.
