New Appointment at SUN InBev

Moscow, 2 March 2009 – the decision has been taken by senior management of Anheuser-Busch InBev to nominate TunÇ Cerrahoğlu to the position of the President of OJSC SUN InBev.

TunÇ Cerrahoğlu will chair OJSC SUN InBev straight after settling assignment formalities and will succeed Mihai Albu who decided to leave the company.

TunÇ Cerrahoğlu joined AB InBev in 2003 after spending ten successful years in Coca-Cola and McKinsey & Co. Working at AB InBev TunÇ Cerrahoğlu hold several key positions – Global Director of Distribution Strategy, General Manager Czech Republic and Slovakia. Until now he occupied the position of BU President, Central Europe-EU.

Announcing the decision taken at AB InBev CEE Zone President Francisco Sa expressed gratitude to Mihai Albu for his contribution to the development of the company’s business in Russia. He also noted: “At current conditions we are setting ambitious and far-reaching targets aimed at solidifying of our long-term presence in Russia. We believe that excellent leadership experience will let TunÇ Cerrahoğlu together with highly professional SUN InBev team reach expected results”.
