We consider corporate social responsibility to be an important aspect of our activities in Russia. Today this issue is getting more and more popular all over the world. Although there are no laws forcing companies to be socially responsible, we think that it should be compulsory for every organization.
The bottom line is that the manufacturer should produce safe goods, set fair prices, provide clients with realistic data about production of the company, and assist the development of social climate in the country.
We have come to Russia – a beautiful country of great perspectives, centuries-old history, wonderful culture and nation – with intention to work here according to the laws and social rules, with respect to people, care for environment, with assisting economical and social development of the territories, where our plants are (or will be) situated. No other approach is acceptable to us because the producer should act according to the interests of the society which resources it uses. Both long term and short term business goals depend on development trends of the society and the country.
To wide extend corporate social responsibility means the impact on society. That is why our business always included social investments, initiating and preserving positive changes, taking place in Russia. And we will keep going this way.
At the same time, according to our ethical code, we will never be involved in financing political parties and movements, projects of military organizations, projects, associated with minors, aggressive sports and cultures, projects linked with driving any types of vehicles, including all kinds of related competitions, rehabilitation projects of people, suffered alcohol abuse.
Our social participation will be carried out constantly step by step as a sum of big and small deeds.
